St. George Landscaping Specials and Rebates

The Yard DR. works closely with Washington County to provide our customers with applicable rebates and discounts when available.

Currently (as of November 2022) Washington County is offering Water Efficient landscaping rebates of up to $2 per square foot, or over $10,000.

Currently (as of November 2022) Washington County is offering Water Efficient landscaping rebates for $2 per square foot up to 5000 square feet, and $1 per SQ FT for each additional qualifying square foot after that. There is a minimum of 300 SQ Ft to qualify.

If you are interested in removing existing lawn/grass from your landscape and living in St. George, Washington, Ivins, or Santa Clara follow the steps below to claim your rebate.

How To Claim Your Rebate

Visit Washington County Water Conservancy District to complete an application and schedule a pre-conversion inspection.

Call the Yard Dr. to get a free quote and start planning your landscape. Receive up-to an additional $1,000.00 discount from The Yard Dr. as a WCWCD rebate participant.

Complete landscaping with the Yard Dr. Contact Washington County Water Conservancy District to schedule post conversion inspection.

Couldn’t have been happier with Josh and this company. We started off using another local company that took us to the nursery, helped us pick out plants and never returned our call when we requested an estimate. I called a few other companies, most of which didn’t even bother calling us back. We had three companies come out to give a bid and Josh was by far the best. He drew up plans so we knew what to expect and had a detailed bid that was within our budget. He was priced competitively and was able to fit our yard in quickly. Josh has extensive knowledge on plants and let us know the ones we previously picked out with the other company wouldn’t work for our yard. Our yard went from bare to beautiful in a week and Josh was there to communicate with through the whole process . Highly highly recommend, thank you Josh!!

Yard Dr. was fast and responsive to help take care of some repairs and rerouting we needed done. He laid out the options, let us pick the most suitable one, and took care of it rapidly and professionally. Yard looks great, and afterward he took the time to walk me through my new system and provide some care tips. Would call again!

Recently finished or full yard remodel to desert landscape. Josh and his team did an amazing job in all aspects from initial ideas, design layout, low maintenance plants and low water usage irrigation. We have great things to say about Josh and his company. We were seeking a company to landscape a home we just built in Ivins. He not only was the only one of several we were referred to that returned our calls, but he made his schedule work to the limited time we were down there. He gave us an accurate estimate, had a great crew, did all work on time and kept us up to date as the work was done. We are thrilled with the finished result. One other nice thing was his sense of design. He gave us great recommendations that created a much better look to the home. Nice to have someone you feel confident in and would gladly use again.
